Exceptionally clean with very well maintained rooms. My family had a variety of regular rooms and suites, all exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and quick to help. Breakfast was delicious, although the cinnamon rolls were so popular that they ran out both mornings before everyone in my family could try them. My only complaint was that the pool on our second night was out of balance and the chlorine smell was burning our eyes. I will definitely stay here again if I am In the area and will Highly recommend it!
Smooth check-in. Great service. Friendly and helpul staff. Housekeeping staff went above and beyond to help with wheelchair accommodations. I'm not sure og her name but she helped me all the way to the room and took back the cart. And made sure the wheelchair was put in the room before she left my side. So Thankful. Clean and spacious room.
We've stayed here numerous times and this is a nice hotel for families. They offer a zero entry pool for the little ones along with a small slide. The main pool. Reaches a maximum depth of 4'9". Rooms are spacious and the whole hotel is clean and well kept. The staff is welcoming and courteous. They offer a nice breakfast in the morning also.
A wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly, the room was cozy, and the location was perfect. I would happily stay here again.
Great hotel staff especially the manager and the kitchen staff that works Monday thru Wednesday very friendly very professional make you feel At home out in Minnesota all the way from California for work and I feel like I’m home I appreciate the hospitality being away from home where your away from family friends and just as simple being able to cook a home cook meal yes breakfast was always great but I always looked forward to Monday through Wednesday because I knew I was getting something other then sausage I was getting some bacon which I appreciate and will spread the word to other coworkers that this is a great place to stay and look forward to Monday to Wednesday because one of those days you will definitely get something other then sausage you will get some nice crispy bacon Manager Michael and kitchen staff Michelle
The hotel employee working 7/4 night was very accommodating to our needs and very friendly. She was working hard all night. We appreciate her efforts! Breakfast was fine the next morning- eggs, omelets, milk, yogurt, cereal, biscuits and gravy. They ran out of pancake batter and chocolate milk. Pool (~3-4 feet) was nice and hot tub and kiddie pool. Quick, easy, unplanned stay for us.
Great hotel! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was amazing. The rooms are big, beds are so comfortable. All the amenities are in good shape. We went to the pool and hot tub and those were so nice. One of the best hotels we've been to.
We stay in King suites is an enormous room with a separate bedroom with king bed, it feel like an apartment Nice and clean, breakfast is okay. It's good location near many restaurants.
